Aloha is a Hawaiian acknowledgment that is used to express hello, goodbye and especially love. Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. has bundled all that up into a brand new sausage that is absolutely phenomenal.

This intoxicating collaboration, with Phil Octavian of Black Magic Culinary Creations, has been two years in the making. A culmination of shared interests and conversations has lead to the most amazing creation of the Aloha Sausage; a fusion of Chinese barbecue inspired by the cuisine of Hawaii, based on the famous Cantonese Char Siu recipes.

As always, Robbie loves showcasing how he’d dress up his sausages and topped this one with roasted garlic aioli, roasted pineapple kimchi, bonito flakes and furikake, set atop a lightly toasted Blak’s Bakery bun.

Quantities of the Aloha sausage are limited so we recommend getting into the shop this week to grab some.
