Two Windsor-Essex wineries have been named within the Ontario’s Top 20 Wineries of 2021 list curated by Vine Routes.

VineRoutes is an Ontario, Canada based platform that provides insight not just on Canada’s wine regions, but on a variety of regions around the world.

While no specific order was given to those being celebrated, North 42 Degrees Estate Winery and Colchester Ridge Estate Winery were selected alongside Burning Kiln Winery, Karlo Estates, Stratus Vineyards and others.

For wineries to qualify for this list, they must have been visited by any member of the Vine Routes team within the past three years, with 2019 being as far back as one could go. And with the pandemic being at the forefront of all visit experiences over the last two years, it should be noted that those wineries that have been able to pivot successfully, rising to the constant challenges of delivering outstanding, not to mention very safe, experiences for their guests, have been rewarded for their efforts.

Congratulations to North 42 and Colchester Ridge!
