As the name suggests, Be A Sausage Maker Class is a fun-filled session where you can learn the art of making sausages from scratch. We’re not talking about store-bought, preservative-filled sausages, but the real deal – juicy, flavorful, and fresh sausages that will make your taste buds dance with joy.

The class is conducted by Rob Bornais of the award winning Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company, considered one of Canada’s best sausage makers. He’ll guide you through the entire process, from choosing the right meat to grinding, mixing, and stuffing it into casings. You’ll also learn about the science behind making (and cooking) the perfect sausage.

Take home some of the best sausages you'll ever have made from our Be A Sausage Maker class.
