Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch popup at WindsorEats.
Known for their delicious handmade sausages, this Easter Sunday they’re using their culinary skills for an Easter brunch popup at WindsorEats, located at 400 Erie Street East in Windsor, Ontario. That being said, the brunch menu will be more than sausages.
We got to taste test some of the menu items and are so excited to share four that we think you absolutely must try.
Cinnamon Bun Pancakes
These sweet pancakes are topped with cream cheese icing, roasted walnuts, and fruit. They are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and make your taste buds dance with delight.
Breakfast Quesadillas
If you prefer a savoury breakfast, the Breakfast Quesadillas are a must-try. Filled with chorizo, scrambled eggs, refried beans, queso, crema, salsa verde, and cilantro, these quesadillas are bursting with flavour. Served with Home Fries on the side, this dish will definitely satisfy your hunger.
Robbie’s Market Breakfast Sandwich
This is the sandwich from Robbie’s original days at the market that everyone still talks about. Served on a ciabatta bun, it’s filled with a breakfast banger, egg, farmer’s cheese, garlic aioli, and, of course, home fries on the side. It’s a classic breakfast sandwich with a gourmet twist that is sure to leave you satisfied.
Breakfast Burrito Pierogies
These breakfast burrito pierogies are made by Little Foot Foods’s and include some of Robbie’s sausages in them. They’re served with crema, salsa verde, cilantro, and chopped Mexican salad. This dish is a unique twist on traditional pierogies and is sure to impress even the most discerning brunch-goer.
The weather is looking absolutely gorgeous for Easter Sunday, which means you’ll be able to enjoy brunch inside the WindsorEats space or out on the massive patio.
Brunch will begin at 10am. There are no reservations and seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
