La Vegan Boufferie is popping up at WindsorEats for 420 Day, featuring a delectable menu of vegan munchies to satisfy any appetite.
Specializing in vegan cuisine, La Vegan Boufferie will be serving up some delicious and creative dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving.
One of the highlights of the menu for their April 20, 2023, popup is the mac and cheese topped with “pulled pork”, slaw, and crushed sweet chilli heat chips as the topping. This dish is a perfect combination of creamy mac and cheese, tangy slaw, and crunchy chips, all topped with flavourful “pulled pork”.
Another must-try dish on the menu is the chilli cheese fries topped with sour cream and special sauce and crushed nacho chips. This dish is not only gluten-free, but it also offers a tasty blend of chili cheese, sour cream, and special sauce. The dish is then topped with crunchy nacho chips for an added texture.
For dessert, La Vegan Boufferie offers a mix-and-match cereal cinnamon rolls, which come in sets of two for $7 or four for $12.
These cinnamon rolls are not your ordinary ones, but instead, they are topped with a variety of cereal flavors. For example, the butter tart roll is topped with maple crunch cereal, drizzled with biscoff caramel, chocolate sauce, and vanilla icing, while the PB&J roll is topped with Reese’s Puff cereal, drizzled with biscoff caramel, chocolate sauce, and vanilla icing. The popup will take place Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 5pm until 9pm. WindsorEats is located at 400 Erie Street East in Windsor, Ontario.
