Spring is…well…springing!
Plant Joy always is always making delicious donuts and have brought in some beauties that match the spring weather perfectly. Here are 5 of our favourites that are now available at the shop this season.
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN

The freshness of pineapple always screams out spring and summer to me. This doughnut is covered with a caramelized pineapple frosting and topped with a cherry jam bullseye for good measure.
MATCHA STRAWBERRY SWIRL

If Spring was a donut, this just may be it. Light and fluffy strawberry whip filled and then topped with a creamy matcha frosting and a freeze-dried strawberry.
VANILLA SPRINKLE

Look at this donut! Look at it!!!
Sprinkles are such an iconic topping, but it was extremely difficult for Plant Joy to find vegan sprinkles without the use of artificial colours or flavours…until now! This classic is dipped in a creamy vanilla frosting and then dunked in naturally-coloured sprinkles.
LEMON LAVENDER

Plant Joy combined the soothing freshness of lemon and lavender is this lovely treat. The doughnut dipped in a tart organic lemon glaze and topped with a light sprinkling of organic lavender.
APPLE FRITTER

I know what you’re thinking. “Apple Fritters are soooooo an Autumn thing.” Well you know what? Sure, but look at these and tell me you can resist them throughout the year? They’re stuffed with honey crisp apples and glazed while hot.
