With the year coming to a close and after hundreds of thousands of people visiting WindsorEats in 2015, we decided to share with you the top five most popular recipes on our site in 2015. After all, everybody loves a good recipe!

Oddly enough, they’d make a pretty fantastic 5-course meal. There’s a drink, a recipe or two that could be used as an appetizer, an entree and a dessert. We couldn’t have planned it any better!

Chef John Oran taught us a nice recipe for a roasted cauliflower head that looks and tastes incredible. You’ll also find two more recipes, for tahini dressing and cilantro pesto, to go along with this dish. Well worth trying out.

We could all use a freshly made margarita….or two. We’ve made this very simple cocktail recipe to live audiences who always love it to the very last drop. It’s so easy to make and is so fresh it’s almost like drinking a fruit smoothie. That’s good for you, right?

To be honest, we thought our Nutella recipes were going to be a clean sweep one through five because, well, it’s the greatest invention known to man. Seriously, though. How can you resist a Nutella filled chocolate noodle? Exactly. You can’t.
