A little bit of Tahini dressing can always go a long way in sprucing up a dish or a sandwich. This dressing is just as great to use for dip with fresh fruits or veggies.
Chef Johnny Oran of Parkside Grille showed us this very simple recipe that anyone can make at home to create a fresh batch of tahini whenever their heart desires. Chef Johnny even provided a simple and great Stuffed Roasted Cauliflower Head recipe to uses the tahini.
- 1 cup of real mayo
- 1/2 cup of creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 table spoon of pureed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tahini paste
- 2 pinches of kosher salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until all flavors are fully incorporated. Place in a squeeze bottle.
