One of the great things about living in Windsor, Ontario is the abundance of high quality pizza parlours located throughout the area.
This week, a (sorta) new one joins the ranks of establishments offering traditional Windsor-Style pizza. I say sorta only because the individual opening it is Marco Malizia, the previous executive chef at Armando’s on Cabana that helped lead the restaurant to 4th place at the World Pizza Championships in 2014.

The new place, Marco’s Pizzeria & Italian Family Eatery, will not only offer traditional Windsor-style pizza, but also fresh, homemade Italian cuisine. Heck, even his mom will be in the kitchen helping.
To celebrate, Marco was kind enough to give us one of his recipes to make a great pizza dough at home.
