Cotton candy, sweet as gold… let me see your pizza roll!
Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. did a little experimenting with their Pizza Sausage and the results were absolutely delicious. The link is stuffed with pepperoni, cheese, green peppers and pizza sauce.
Sausage maker, Rob Bornais, took that sausage, wrapped it up in dough and stuffed it with extra mozzarella. It’s an easy tailgating snack that’s perfect any game or party, or even a Netflix night.
Naturally, serving it with a side marinara sauce makes it next level.
The Pizza Sausage is available this weekend at Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., located in the Walkerville neighbourhood of Windsor, Ontario.
