Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery has a beauty in their Barrel Chardonnay Hawks Flight Reserve. The wine has been aged and undergone malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels for 6 months, then blended with unoaked chardonnay to create a balance of smooth and buttery almond and toasted nuts, with undertones of bright acidity and minerality. Did we mention that it pairs damn well with a bag of fresh and buttery popcorn?

PELEE ISLAND WINERY

New from Pelee Island Winery is their Lola Chardonnay, a Burgundian style Chardonnay bodied with subtle oak flavors and lots clean fruit. It has been aged for 3 months and offers a crispness with a kiss of the European oak barrel.

The Lola Chardonnay is light and crisp with fresh aromas of apple, melon and citrus.

NORTH 42 DEGREES ESTATE WINERY

The 2019 Chardonnay from North 42 Degrees Estate Winery is and absolutely lovely, 100% steel fermented Chardonnay. It boasts a medley of tropical and tree fruits both on the nose and palate. Beautifully balanced and showing great complexity between fruit, acidity, and length of time this wine lingers in the mouth – it promises to showcase many foods very well.
