With news that Paglione Estate Winery is the latest on the local brunch scene. We thought we’d go check out the winery and taste what they were serving up.
Everyone knows them for their excellent wood-fire oven pizzas and gelato, so we were pretty excited to see how they were expanding their menu and how they’d incorporate their wood oven into any dishes. Here’s a look at three of their brunch dishes we absolutely loved.
LEMON RICOTTA PANCAKES

Lemons? Check. Ricotta? Check. Pancakes? Check. Paglione combines three great things into one delicious dish. They’re served alongside a mixed berry compote and maple syrup.
RUSTIC EGGS & SAUSAGE

The winery makes use of their wood oven with this rustic Italian dish. The eggs and sausage are fire roasted with red wine tomato sauce. Served sunny side up, the dish includes a sliced baguette for your dipping pleasure.
BAKED GOODS PLATTER WITH FRUIT

Have a sweet tooth? Still want to feel you did your body good after inhaling a butter tart or two? This platter is for you. It serves up a selection of locally sourced baked goods, spreads, fresh fruit salad for two. We definitely won’t judge if you go solo ordering it.
