The Jerk turkey burger consists of two turkey patties that are seasoned in Mamo’s house-made jerk seasoning. It’s topped with cheddar cheese, arugula, house-made pineapple salsa and a spicy mayo made with the Triple Play hot sauce from Atmosphere Fine Food.
The burger is the creation of Nav Sehmbi. While he’s the owner of Atmosphere Fine Foods, he also proudly manages the kitchen at Mamo.
This beautiful beast of a burger is only available until end of November. After that, it’s gone.
