Earlier today I headed out to Kingsville for the opening of The Butcher of Kingsville, which will be added soon to WindsorEats. This butcher shop is a much needed and anticipated addition to the town.
While I was there, I had the bucther and our good friend, Jamie Waldron, do a quick demonstration on Frenching out a rack of lamb.
