WindsorEats is celebrating pumpkin spice season on our latest cocktail menu with the release of four new creations.

We’re officially giving in to the pumpkin spice craze and after testing sooooooo many cocktail recipes, have come up with some new additions to our cocktail menu. Here is a look at the four new cocktails that have made it from the test bar to the menu:

PUMPKIN SPICE MARGARITA

The cocktail that no one asked for, but everyone has loved. We’ve taken our popular margarita that everybody is talking about and gave it an autumn twist.

First, we developed our very own pumpkin spice syrup and came up with the perfect recipe and ratios to make every basic persons dreams come true.

Pumpkin Spice Hor-not-a

Painter Bob Ross would be proud.

This recipe was a happy little accident, and even though we failed at making a White Russian, this is still a cocktail that would make the Dude abide.

After repeated attempts of , our taste testers kept saying it tasted great, but more like horchata then a White Russian. You know what they say, if you can’t beat them, join them.

And that’s how it got its name: it’s a combination of our pumpkin spice syrup, Kahlua, vodka, Bailey’s and some pumpkin puree that tastes like horchata, but it’s hor-not-a!

PUMPKIN SPICED SAILOR

This cocktail is for those that like their pumpkin spice kicked up a notch.

It’s spice on spice on spice with the perfect blend of our house made pumpkin spice syrup, Sailor Jerry’s spiced rum, and ginger beer.

THE NOGGIN’

It may be jumping the gun a little bit, but after testing out the pumpkin spice cocktails, we couldn’t help but give eggnog a try. So, once again, we created our own in-house eggnog syrup and cocktail that will blow the mind of any ‘nog lover.

We actually witnessed several double takes and eyepoppers when the final recipe for The Noggin’ was agreed upon and tested.
