Remember those insane Birria tacos from Rico Taco that became insanely popular at the Outdoor Food Hall? Well, the restaurant was hard at work in their test kitchen and have created a new birria ramen that’s every bit as good.
What is Birria, you ask? It’s a traditionally sweet, sour and a pinch spicy Mexican beef stew that’s slow cooked until the beef is tender and placed inside a corn tortilla. It’s oh-so juicy and delicious.
Rico Taco has taken that stew broth and use it as the base of the ramen and then topped with all that beefy goodness.
