Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. is celebrating 5 years in Walkerville this weekend.

To celebrate, the award winning sausage maker will be unveiling three new sausage recipes for you to indulge in, starting this Saturday. For those of you that will be coming by to wish Robbie a happy anniversary, you’ll be rewarded with complimentary desserts from Riverside Pie Cafe.

Here’s a look at the three new sausages being made available when the shop opens its doors at 9:00am on Saturday, November 7, 2020.

 

AL PASTOR

Based on the unbelievably addictive Al Pastor tacos originating in Mexico, these sausages are just what you need to transport you to your favourite Caribbean beach. Pineapple salsa, Cotija cheese and cilantro make for the perfect toppings.

 

CHORIZO SUPREME

This unique, creative culinary concoction delivers big in flavour and silk like texture. These chorizos are pack with fire-roasted poblanos, refried beans and cheese. We recommend topping it with salsa verde, lettuce, pico de gallo and Triple Play hot sauce from Atmosphere Fine Foods.
