While everyone knows Joe Schmoe’s for their burgers, they’ve got some pretty, pretty, pretty good tasting tacos coming out of the kitchen, too!
While they already celebrate Taco Tuesday in the restaurant every week with specials, we think these four tacos from their menu are worthy enough to make every day a Taco Tuesday.
CAULIFLOWER TACOS
These vegetarian bad boys are filled with battered cauliflower florets, doused in a Buffalo hot sauce, and topped with a Mexi slaw, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
SHRIMP TACOS
Who doesn’t love battered shrimp?! Besides those who are allergic to them, the answer is everyone and they’re what’s showcased inside this taco. It also includes a sriracha mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheddar and onion strings.
CHICKEN CHORIZO TACOS
Can’t decide between chicken and chorizo? Joe Schmoe’s made it easy by combining them into one taco. Much like the name implies, this taco is filled with grilled chicken, chorizo, lettuce, sautéed onions, cheddar, deep fried jalapeños and sauced up with a sriracha mayo.
FISH TACOS
Battered cod is the key ingredient in this taco which also includes a chipotle mayo, Mexi slaw, lettuce, tomato and red onion. It’s pretty much like fish and chips…minus the chips and with a whole bunch of tacoey goodness.
