Every summer, Tiki Sushi closes their doors for a couple weeks for a much needed and well deserved break. This year, they’re laying the smack down on the season before they leave.
On Sunday, August 18, 2019, the rock n’ roll sushi restaurant in the heart of Little Italy is celebrating with Summer Slam! They’ll be serving up some off-menu favourites, including their famous Pork Croquettes, Tempura Mushroom Rolls and the return of Spicy Salty Squid (from the Chanoso’s days!) on top of their full menu. There will also be drink specials all day long.
But, what’s a summer bash at a rock n’ roll sushi restaurant without live entertainment? There will be a special live performance from Prophecy!
You can’t be called Summer Slam without tying in some wrestling. Tiki’s good friend and in-house wrestling aficionado, Cezanne ‘The Dutch Oven’ Stroud, has curated a collection of the greatest wrestling matches of all time for your viewing pleasure. You’re also encouraged to dress up as your favourite wrestler and you could win a Summer Slam Prize Pack.
The event takes place from 3:00pm to 9:00pm and reservations are strongly encouraged. When the party is over, Tiki Sushi will reopen on September 5.
