Motor Craft Ales new labels for their beers so stunning that you’ll almost feel bad cracking open a bottle to drink it….almost.
In what was a three month process, the nano brewery took inspiration from 1960’s era French colours. The result were beautiful label designs.
Here are a few of them with the tasting notes of the beers they represent. Which new label is your favourite?
MANGO MCFLY MILKSHAKE IPA
Thick and slick IPA, brewed with a different in season fruit each batch. Wheat, oats, and lactose are used to create a milkshake mouth feel. Hop flavours of berry-citrus-pear. Mango fruit.
ABV 6.2% IBU 62 SRM 8
PINEAPPLE MCFLY MILKSHAKE IPA
You know what you read above? Pretty much the same thing but with mango. Sweet, delicious mango. Wheat, oats, and lactose are used to create a milkshake mouth feel. Hop flavours of berry-citrus-pear.
ABV 6.2% IBU 62 SRM 8
JALOPY BRITISH BROWN ALE
This is one jalopy I can get behind. An earthy and peppery ale with wonderful jalapeño flavour and a slight heat.

DEATH PROOF RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
Be careful. This Imperial Russian Stout with crush you with its 11.5% ABV. Nitro tap. Salted, with smoked Windsor Salt, dark chocolate Russian imperial stout. You’ll be hit with flavours of caramel, roast and fig notes followed by a smooth smoked saltiness and a vanilla sweetness. “Stunt Man Mike” approved!
CHOP TOP AMERICAN IPA
An American IPA with citrus, apricot, mango, sweet stone fruit finish. Very drinkable and refreshing. Perfect for the patio.

GRAND PRIX CRU BARREL AGED BELGIAN DARK
Get your motor running. This has been aging in a Cabernet oak barrel since September, 2016. Sweet dark fruit, raisin, plum, vanilla and red wine character create layers of complex flavour.
ABV 7.8 IBU 40.4 SRM 45.2
