Spring is finally here and that means the 2018 season for our popular bike experience Friday Night Lights is just around the corner!

Friday Night Lights is a free bi-weekly ride through the streets of Windsor that lights up the night!

Enjoy the sight of hundreds of colourfully lit cyclists roll by, bells clacking, as we partake in a pub crawl on two wheels. The best part: riders are always try to outdo each other with their decorations on each ride. If you pay close enough attention, you may catch a glimpse of the couple on a tandem bike which has custom built chandelier installed to hang over them as they ride.

The first ride of the 2018 season will take place on Friday, May 4 and runs every two weeks. The season will end with our traditional Halloween ride on October 26.

To make sure we’re showcasing ourselves, our bikes and our city in the best way possible, we encourage everyone to read over our ways to make the best of your Friday Night Lights experience.

Riders begin meeting up at 7:30pm at Willistead Park, unless stated otherwise. We then take guests out on the town to explore the night life in Windsor. The catch: since it’s a night ride you’ll need lights on your bike. The more lights the better!

We announce all the stops leading up to each ride to allow FNL fans to plan in advance.

Be sure to follow WindsorEats on Facebook to stay in the loop on any changes that may occur.

If you’re visiting from out of town or don’t have a bike, fear not! We have bicycles available for rent so you can tag along and enjoy the fun.
