The Cheese Bar wants to teach you how to create a spectacular cheeseboard. Join The Cheese Bar owner, Sarah, at Colchester Ridge Estate Winery and learn how to create cheese boards that will seriously impress your friends.
During this two hour class you’ll discover unique flavours and textures of artisanal Ontario cheeses, explore how to mix and match to create the perfect array, learn practical cutting methods, and get tips for arranging them on your board. A step-by-step demonstration will guide you through the process and give you the skills you need to turn any cheese into a work of art. Plus – you get to take home your cheese display on a wooden board that you can use again and again!
The workshop takes place in the new year and would make a pretty amazing gift for the cheese lover in your life (which I assume is everyone we know). There are 3 dates available:
