Elise and Johnny are the wife and husband duo behind the gourmet chocolate bars of Licia Ruby. Aside from being the chefs who have created incredible meals like for events like WindsorEats’ Dinner on a Pier, the two have been quietly building a loyal following with their gourmet chocolate bars.
