The Loose Goose in downtown Windsor just released a new menu. Here are some of the items that we really loved.
Bodacious Bovine
This burger is a lot bigger than it looks. Two patties with Wisconsin cheese curds in between, beef brisket bacon, honey sriracha BBQ sauce, horsey sauce, lettuce tomato and dill pick on an onion Kaiser. Be sure to order it on an empty stomach!
Wings
You’ve got to love some good ol’ wings and Loose Goose has them a’plenty. With 45 different styles now on the menu, the restaurant has kept some of the staples like the dry rub Parmesan garlic but introduced many more like the Kansas City which was deeeeeelish!!
Southwest Salad
Don’t let the word “salad” fool you. This thing is a meal and a half. We’ve got some fresh avocado, marinated corn, diced tomatoes, black beans, sharp cheddar cheese served in a tortilla bowl with cilantro lime dressing.
