Chef Ted Dimoglou of Tiki Sushi (and recently of Chopped Canada fame) joined us in the CTV Windsor studio to show us how to make the tastiest 5 minute recipe ever: Shrimp Ceviche.
It will literally take you about 5 minutes to make this dish, prep time included.
The size of the ceviche is based on your number of guests you plan on feeding. You’ll want to dice and use equal parts:
- Bell peppers
- Red onion
- Add salt and fresh lime juice to taste
- Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix and serve with lettuce wraps or tortilla chips.
