Two local chefs will be featured in the popular Food Network television program, Chopped Canada, including WindsorEats friend, Ted Dimoglou of Tiki Sushi.
According to the Chopped Canada website, Ted will appear in episode eight, “Steaking Their Claim.”
The Chopped Canada website also goes on to state:
“Ted is an industry-trained cowboy who wants to prove that he’s one of the best chefs in the country…Ted has 11 years of experience and a Red Seal Certification. Ted plans to put the 10k prize money back into his new business, a sushi restaurant.”
Chef John Alvarez of Windsor will also appear on the show in episode six, “How About Them Apples.”
The new season of Chopped Canada begins on January 10, 2015.
