Let’s raise a pint for 3 Windsor-Essex breweries!
Walkerville Brewery, Kingsville Brewery, and The Grove Brewing Company have brought home medals from the 2023 Ontario Brewing Awards.
The Ontario Brewing Awards invites Ontario-based craft breweries to come together to showcase their best work in one of our 37 categories.
Walkerville Brewery was the big winner, celebrating with a total of four medals: a gold in the Pale Commonwealth category for their Geronimo IPA, another gold in the American Porter and Stout category for their Imperial Stout, a third gold in the Dark British Beer category for their Easy Stout, and a bronze in the Belgian Ale category for their Waterfront Wit.
Kingsville’s The Grove Brewing Company also took home a bronze in the Dark British Beer category for their Clubhouse Oatmeal Stout.
Last, but not least, Kingsville Brewery won a bronze in the Wood Beer category for their Barrel Aged Stout.
Congratulations to the three breweries for continuing to make great beer and helping keep Windsor-Essex on the map for the great beers we make here!
