With the 2023 Windsor Craft Beer Festival officially being cancelled, a newer, more intimate festival is rising up for beer lovers to enjoy.

“Festivals across North America have undergone significant changes in the last few years,” explains Windsor Craft Beer co-owner, Adriano Ciotoli. “After 10 years, we need to take a step back and develop a fresh perspective on what craft beer festivals of this size are and will be in the future.”

But it’s not all bad news. Partners in the Windsor Craft Beer Festival, WindsorEats will be hosting the Fall Beer & Cider Festival at their location on 400 Erie Street East on the same date.

The smaller, more intimate festival will take place on Saturday, October 14 and highlight the growing number of local cideries in Essex County alongside Ontario craft beers. There will also be live entertainment throughout the evening. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased on WindsorEats.

Breweries like Left Field, GL Heritage, and Beerded Dog have confirmed they will also be on site pouring beers.

More breweries are expected to be announced very soon.

Whoa Nellie! Vera & Johnny will be getting the crowd dancing and twirling with their Americana/Country/New Traditional style.

The Fall Beer & Cider Festival will run from 6pm to 11pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the WindsorEats location at 400 Erie Street East. Tickets will be extremely limited due to the intimate nature of the festival so be sure to purchase them now!
