Patrick Weatherspoon, also known as Mr. Spoon, has over 25 years of experience in the soul food industry. He was his late mother’s apprentice, and together they served everyone from the community celebrities such as Buddy Guy, Vanilla Ice, Sugar Ray Rayford and artist such as Fetty Wap, Rich The Kid among many others.
This weekend, he’s looking to serve up some chicken, ribs, shrimps, black eye peas with smoked Turkey on a bed of white rice, collard greens, mac and cheese, and more!

His cooking is deeply rooted to his community and its culture and the man takes pride in all his creations.
When Mr. Spoon makes his food available, it quickly sells out so we strongly recommend heading over to our 400 Erie Street East location in Windsor, Ontario, to try it for yourself.
The doors open at 5pm with a steel drum band from Detroit hitting the stage from 8pm to 11:30pm.
In addition to Mr. Spoon, you’ll also be able to enjoy Jamaican cuisine like jerk chicken and patties from Stelly’s Cuisine, as well as cocktails like Jamaican rum punch. Don’t worry, our margaritas and our margarita flights will still be available.
