Are you ready to paint the town green this St. Patrick’s Day?

There’ll be plenty of lively celebrations at local bars, breweries and restaurants, having the city is buzzing with all things green and Irish. You can expect to find lots of great food, music, dancing, and entertainment that are sure to get you into the spirit of the holiday.

So don’t be a grumpy goblin this St. Patrick’s Day. Here are a list of festivities in and around Windsor, Ontario for you to join in on to let the luck of the Irish shine down upon you!

WindsorEats will be throwing a St. Patrick’s Day party!

Come to our space in Little Italy to celebrate an Irish holiday while enjoying Canadian beers and Mexican tacos, listening to live entertainment. All ages are welcome.

Our patio which can accommodate 425 people will be open set up with picnic tables to enjoy some beer and cocktails as live entertainment fills the air.

Clusterfolk will be taking the stage from 12-3pm. Len Wallace will follow with traditional Irish songs from 330pm-530pm before Clinton Anderson finishes the night from 9pm-11pm.

Rico Taco Mexican Street Eats will be making their offerings available and our WindsorEats Test Kitchen will serve up corned beef sandwiches.


SANDWICH BREWING CO.

The doors to the brewery open at 10am and they’ll be ready to greet you with  a special Irish menu and live music. Their patio will be open all day and they’ll be offering special small batch Irish brews, like a dry Irish Stout and their Shamrock Patio Radler. It’s going to be a hoot and holler!


WOLFHEAD DISTILLERY

For luck’s sake, go Paddy with Wolfhead Distillery!

There will be live music from 6:30pm – 9:00pm, as well as drink and food specials, including Irish Nachos.  They’re made with potato kettle chips, mozzarella cheese, topped with savoury BBQ pulled pork, green onions, jalapenos, BBQ sauce and sour cream.


CURED CRAFT BREWING CO.

Head to Leamington, where Cured Craft Brewing will have the green beer will be flowing!

Also, Irish foods will be cooking, live music will be playing, friends will be laughing and games with prizes will be gamesing. They’ll also be released a new beer and lighting up the fire pits on their patio.

It’s been 4 years since The Grove Brewing Company has thrown a St. Patrick’s Day party, so they’re going big. The Kingsville, Ontario, brewery will be setting up a massive tent on their lot, releasing new beers and offering Irish-style food and live music.

Cover to get into the tent will be $10, but there will be no charge to get into the brewery/restaurant! First come first serve, no advance tickets.


WALKERVILLE BREWERY

Sláinte! Grab your green gear and join Walkerville Brewery from 11am-10pm for their St. Patrick’s Day Bash! They’ll have 12+ beers on tap plus a specialty cask!

Black Magic Culinary Creations will join then beginning at 2pm until he sells out of food. It’s a 19+ event with no entry fee.


ROCK BOTTOM BAR & GRILL

Rock Bottom Bar & Grill always loves to get into the St. Paddy’s Day fun. The doors open at 10am with live music, Irish dancers, and Irish menu, and specialty drinks.


CRAFT HEADS BREWING COMPANY

Head to downtown Windsor and pop in to Craft Heads Brewing Company, as these folks always know how to throw a fun party.

They’ll be serving up a Nitro Irish Red, food, and live music starting at 7pm. They open at noon and will be giving away early bird prizes!


THE MANCHESTER

A bit of malarkey and a lot of great beer will be had at The Manchester. The day will be filled with live music, 21 beers on tap, food specials, and the Nottingham Forest v Newcastle game at 4pm.


PARKS & REC

Head to the east side of the city and join Parks & Rec for Irish-themed live music from 5pm to 9pm. There’ll have drink and food specials and would love to see you wearing your finest green attire.
