With the addition of silky, velvety, frothy egg whites and a touch of citrus with lemon juice to the traditional Campari, Sweet Vermouth and gin of a classic Negroni, our Negroni Sour has already begun knocking some socks off.
We recently launched the cocktail for a private party booked in our space and it was a huge hit, accounting for over 50% of all cocktail sales. To say they loved it is an understatement.
