A much loved Windsor, Ontario, bake shop is closing their doors at the end of the month.
Bad Witch Bakery, located at Erie Street East and Parent Avenue, made the announcement today on their social media channels that December 2022 will be their last month of operation.

The post states the bake shop has been in operation for 5 years, but that burnout helped contribute to the decision.
Small, local businesses are really struggling right now. This follows the theme WindsorEats recently spoke about on the Dan MacDonald show, along with Robbie Bornais of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company and Jen Brignall Strong of Tailgate Takeout.
Sadly, we fear things are going to get worse before they get better for small hospitality businesses in Windsor-Essex. We strongly encourage you to go out and support your favourite local businesses. They need your help.
