One thing that we love about India Paradise in Windsor, Ontario, is that they’re always updating their menu.

We tested out their latest menu refresh and it has left us wanting more. Here are 6 dishes we’re currently craving from India Paradise Restaurant.

 

HYDERABADI CHICKEN TANDOORI

It’s an Indian classic that will always be on the menu, so how can you not crave it? It’s chicken legs quartered and marinated in yogurt with handpicked herbs and spices.  The legs are then skewerd and cooked in a tandoor (clay) oven.


GOBI 65

A nice crispy treat of cauliflower florets tossed in a secret spicy sauce before being fried to perfection.


BULLET NAAN

How can you not love a side naan with your Indian dishes? Bullet naan is a twist with chillies and cilantro baked into the bread dough in a tandoor oven, and then topped with butter.


METHI MALAI PANEER

I need to sit down when talking about this dish. Un ? Be ? Lievable?

It’s paneer cooked in cream with onion, tomato, methi, and chef’s selected soft spices. It’s also available with chicken instead of paneer.


CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Another classic dish that is made with tender grilled chicken that’s cooked in their chef’s secret, light creamy tomato sauce, stir-fried onions and bell peppers.


PANEER TIKKA

This one is on the lighter side. Cubes of cottage cheese are marinated in homemade yogurt, ginger, garlic, spices, lime juice and then cooked in the tandoor.
