It’s been a long time coming and a secret that’s been eating us up inside.
Rico Taco Mexican Street Eats has officially launched a brand new food truck in Windsor, Ontario. The trucks home will be at WindsorEats’ location at 400 Erie St. E. and available next to other rotating vendors on a regular basis. With a fantastic local and Ontario craft beer list, a fun and refreshing cocktail menu (the margaritas are to die for), an equally fun and tasty non-alcohol cocktail menu, and a patio that is licensed for 400+ people, the foundation is set for an epic summer.
The new truck will allow Rico Taco to expand their menu in the coming weeks. To start, this weekend will see the return of their massive churros.
WindsorEats’ location is open Thursdays to Sundays.
