Two local breweries are have won medals at the 2020 Ontario Brewing Awards. The awards were announced online this weekend and had over 400 beers submitted.
Walkerville Brewery was the big local winner, taking home two gold medals. Their Geronimo IPA won top prize in the Pale Commonwealth Beer category, while their Kremlin Russian Imperial Stout was named the best in the American Porter and Stout category.
Kingsville Brewery took home a bronze medal in the German Wheat Beer category for their Hefeweizen.
