While Vine + Ash is making a name for itself for their incredible dinner offerings, they’ve quietly introduced a Sunday brunch menu that will also knock your socks off.
Here are 6 dishes that we absolutely fell in love with on the Vine + Ash brunch menu. The brunch service runs every Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
BUTTERMILK PANCAKES

Let’s start off the list some buttermilk pancakes! Served with bacon, maple syrup and 84 churn butter. Because butter.
CROQUE MADAME

Vine + Ash’s Croque Madame has ham, Gruyere, Dijon, bechamel between slices of sourdough with a sunny side egg on top.
EGGS BENEDICT

A classic dish done perfect. These eggs are served in top of some crisp prosciutto, covered in Hollandaise and accompanied by a baby spinach salad.
EGGS IN PURGATORY

Eggs in Purgatory gives you three poached eggs covered in a spiced tomato sauce and finished off with black kale and feta. You’ll also get grilled slices sourdough which are perfect for scooping everything up.
FRENCH-ROLLED OMELETTE

The only thing we needed to hear to fall in love with this French-rolled omelette was that it was in a beurre blanc sauce. Oh, and yes, that is Brie on top.
HASH

They took your potato hash and raised it up a notch with duck confit, wild mushrooms, fingerlings and a sunny side egg.
