Thyme Kitchen has revamped their breakfast, lunch and brunch menus and we got to try all the new goodies.
Here are 6 of the new menu items that we feel you absolutely need to chow down on.
MUSHROOM TOASTIE

White bean hummus spread on rye toast along with avocado, spinach, roasted tomato, portobello mushrooms, balsamic reduction and sprouts. It’s served alongside some potato hash and seasonal fruit. Available on both their breakfast and brunch menus.
BUDDHA BOWL SALAD

Buddha bowls are always a healthy and tasty choice. Thyme Kitchen’s bowl includes spinach, a red wine vinaigrette, roasted portobello mushroom, white bean hummus, tomatoes, pickled cabbage, edamame, cucumber, onions and black beans. It’s available on their lunch menu.
SMOKED SALMON BAGEL

A fresh, house-made bagel is stuffed with a fried egg, avocado, lemon dill cream cheese, fried capers, spinach and smoked salmon. It’s available on their breakfast, lunch and brunch menus.
CHICKEN & WAFFLES

These smokey and sweet waffles are topped with crispy chicken, a smoky bourbon glaze, pineapple-jalapeno coleslaw. Available only on their brunch menu.
GREEK SALAD

A classic Greek salad with greens, avocado, tomatoes, charred olives, cucumbers, red onions, feta and oregano vinaigrette. You can even add some roasted chicken breast to it like in the photo above. The salad is available on the lunch menu.
PEAMEAL & BRIE PANINI

How can you say no to brie cheese? The answer: you can’t. The focaccia is packed with peppercorn-crusted peameal, brie, spinach, candied pecans, roasted garlic aioli and a blueberry and thyme compote. Available on the lunch menu.
