The Grove Brew House is hosting a feast for beer lovers with great food and equally tasty beer.
On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 7:00pm, the Kingsville, Ontario, brewery will be cooking up an internationally-inspired, 6 course Brewmaster Dinner.
For $60 per person, or $110 per couple, guests will enjoy six sharing plates per person, six (5oz) beer pairings of Grove brew, plus a 750mL bottle of brew for you to bring home. Tickets are still available online and must be purchased in advance.
Here’s a look at the menu that will be served up:
THE CITY SALAD
The Grove’s take on New York’s classic Waldorf Astoria salad with duck spenini. Paired with Peachy Motherpucker Gose Kettle Sour.
IT’S ALL GREEK TO ME GRILLED CHEESE
Not the sandwich. This is a seared smoke halloumi on roasted sweet potato and beet puree with truffl scented honey. Paired with a Smokey & The Bandit Icelandic Smoke.
Roasted cauliflower fritters tossed in Jamaican jerk with spiced coconut. Paired with Lupulin Express American Pale Ale.
Korean barbeque glazed pork belly, fennel slaw, shredded carrots, pickled daikon, sriracha mayo, cilanto, bao bun. Paired with George the Ghost Hefeweizen.
Beer brraised beef cheek, mixed vegetables, stout gravy, purple potato mashed, traditional Yorkshire pudding with baby carrots between the yorkies. Paired with Clubhouse Stout.
Mexican dark chocolate mousse (ancho and lime flavoured) and cinnamon whipped cream. Paired with Keeper Black Lager.
