Riverside Pie Cafe recently busted out a breakfast menu and the Biscuit Sausage sandwich could possibly be the hit of the show.
Made with a Kentucky breakfast sausage, made by sausage maker extraordinaire Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., that is drowned in an aged cheddar, place on top a fried egg and dressed with a maple bacon aioli. It’s all placed between a damn fine biscuit made fresh at Riverside Pie Cafe.
I chose to get mine with a side of curried roasted potatoes and it served as the perfect fill-me-up-and-get-me-going that morning needs.
Breakfast at Riverside Pie Cafe is only served on Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
