Here are three dishes we think you should try if indulging in Beacon Ale House’s Winter Bites Restaurant Week menu.
BEEF CHEEK SLIDERS
They’re beefy. They’re cheeky. They’re beef cheek sliders! Topped with cheese and an apply slaw on a mini burger bun from Blak’s Bakery, they’re also delicious.
HOT CHICKEN & WAFFLES
Maybe we’re still on a waffle kick from Bright Lights Windsor, but, we think you need to give this dish a shot. The massive size of the chicken alone is worth it. Plus, the spicy and sweetness combination is a winner.
A grass fed, beef patty made in house is topped with cheese, lettuce, Berkshire bacon, stout BBQ, garlic aioli, caramelized onions all packed in a Blak’s Bakery brioche bun.
