You’ve all heard about Gordon Ramsay, but, what about “Black Ramsay”?

Keegan Dean, also known as Black Ramsay, will be hosting a pop-up restaurant within Phog Lounge Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

The Vegan Indian menu for the evening is:

  • Appetizer: Vegan Baked Samosa
  • Entree: Vegan Tandoori Chicken Wrap
  • Dessert: Vegan Mango Sorbet

There will be two seatings for the evening with the first from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and the second from 9:00pm to 11:00pm. The cost is $20 per person for the 3-course meal.

Currently working at Grand Cantina, his list of influences and inspirations are lengthy, due to his time at several restaurant hot-spots in Windsor (Mezzo, The City Grill, Squirrel Cage and others).
