He’s done it again.

Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company has a new creation: the Tailgator. It tastes just like a ballpark frank.

The sausage is a play on the childhood frank with the added extravagance of beefsteak chili, cheese and naturally smoked bacon.

“This Tailgator was inspired by a conversation I had with chef Corey McAuslan from Rock Bottom“, Robbie Bornais says. “He deserves a lot of the credit in respect to its creation.”

Robbie recommends serving the Tailgator topped with your choice of mustard, fresh onions and crushed Fritos to create a one-of-a-kind coney dog.

The Tailgator is available now  on the shelves in Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company.
