MEDITERRANEAN BREAKFAST PLATE
A Mediterranean twist on a classic North American breakfast. This healthier choice offers up two eggs, foul, labneh, olives, cucumber and tomatoes and is served with a side of pita.
Can all just collectively say, “O.M.G.”? These waffles are slightly crispy on the outside and nice and soft in the middle. Also, we can’t forget about the signature maple mint butter drizzled over top.
The name says it all. It’s lentils. It’s big. It’s filling. It’s a mix of green lentils, rice, sauteed and crispy onions with a side salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions.
Warning: when eating this sandwich, be careful not to devour it so quickly you bite your fingers. Seriously. Brie, people. Brie.
A FOOL’S BREAKFAST
A refreshing dish packed with seasoned fava beans and topped with tomatoes, parsley, onions, tahini and olive oil. It’s a great healthier lunch choice for those with an appetite.
