Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company has released a new sausage this weekend that is sure to get your dancing.
The Carnival is a celebration of West-Indian and Thai cuisine that creates a fusion that, once combined, transforms into a one-of-a-kind taste explosion.

Chef Rob Nesbitt showed us a great way to dress up The Carnival. He dressed it with the most delicious mango-habanero mustard, a mango salsa and fried shallots on a Blak’s Bakery bun.
