Robbie Bornais named this sausage the J9, as an ode to his sister, Jeannine.
These extremely flavourful links are a collaboration between Robbie’s and chef Nav Sehmbi of Atmosphere Fine Foods. Made using traditional Indian cooking techniques and Robbie’s house-made Masala, these sausages are sure to satisfy the most ardent fans of Indian cuisine.
In these photos, the J9 is topped with a cucumber raita, pico de gallo and Bhujia crisps on a Blaks Bakery bun.
