A Windsor bartender is making a name for himself and Whiskytown, Canada, with his creations.
Tom Scully, owner and mixologist at F&B Walkerville, participated in the Toronto regional for the Woodford Reserve Manhattan Experience this week and took home the people’s choice award.
Tom was one of only 8 bartenders in Ontario selected to participate in the regional finals. His creation was named The Styx and consisted of Woodford Reserve bourbon, cynar, port, Benedictine, black walnut bitters and smoked apple wood chips.
The cocktail will be a weekend feature at F&B Walkerville from March 9-11, 2018. If you’re stopping in to try it out, be sure to ask for the cocktails story as we’re certain it’s what helped put Tom over the top in the people’s choice voting.
