His menu for this week includes:
- Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese: Slow roasted marinated pulled pork with aged cheddar cheese, caramelized bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.
- Smoked Gouda & Smoked Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese (Gluten Free & Vegetarian)
- Black Magic Sausage: Black Magic Sausage, courtesy of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., with onion relish and Dijon mustard aioli on a toasted bun from Blak’s Bakery.
- Tater Tot Nachoes (Vegetarian): Oven crisped tater tots tossed in Black Magic dust and topped with salsa fresca, lime crema, cheddar cheese, avocado aioli and cilantro
Also available will be a limited edition Mint Chocolate Stout cask by Walkerville Brewery.
