This Sunday, September 4, 2016, Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. is once again releasing their highly anticipated Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Sausage. Available two days out of the year (Canada Day Sunday and Labour Day Sunday), the special creation is a hot item.
Over the past four years this sausage has gained a loyal following. On its first official release this summer, a lineup formed outside of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. prior to opening, with customers coming as far as Chatham just to get their hands on these limited edition bundles of tasty goodness.
The sausages are made in limited batches and sold out in less than 2 hours in July, so be sure to get there early if you’re wanting to get your hands on some.
Perfect for a Labour Day BBQ, the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger sausage is made using pork, beef, naturally smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, ketchup, mustard and so much more.
