Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co. has created a new sausage that gives a a salute to one of Canada’s most iconic dishes.
The new Poutine Sausage is absolutely packed with gravy, giving it an absolutely silky texture with each bite. It’s also filled with more gravy, cheese, a little more gravy, potatoes, and a wee bit more gravy.
It’s a perfect homage to that decadent French Canadian classic we’ve come to love and adore, just all stuffed into a sausage.
Robbie himself recommends topping it with cheese curds and, for a twist, fresh chimichurri from Atmosphere Fine Foods. We would even go as far to say fry up some French fries and put those on top, too, for the full poutine look and feel.
