There’s a new Japanese and Sushi restaurant in town and on WindsorEats!
Tenko Sushi, located at 4450 Walker Rd. near the Silver City movie theatre, opened up their doors in mid-November and has already been making a great name for itself. The restaurant owners are very adamant to state that they offer All-You-Can-Eat, not buffet. They are proud of the fact they care about the quality of their food and each item on the menus, both the A La Carte and their All-You-Can-Eat, are made to order.
I had the pleasure of being treated to a sampling of various items on their menu. Here are just some of the goods I tried:
- Windsor Roll – shrimp, avocado (inside), topped with cooked spicy white tuna and homemade sauce
- Double Fire Roll – spicy salmon, avocado, oshinko, cream cheese wrapped and fried
- Green Dragon Roll – shrimp, cucumber, avocado (inside), topped with avocado
- Beef Short Ribs – grilled, marinated thinly sliced.
I highly recommend trying out the Beef Short Ribs and the Green Dragon roll. As always, be sure to tell them WindsorEats sent you!
